Step 1: Duplicate the Template:
Start by duplicating the template and adding it to your desired workspace. This gives you a personalized version that you can edit and adjust to fit your needs.

Once you have your idea, it’s time to put it into motion!
- Head back to the Menu and select Ideas & Planning.
- In the Gallery view, you’ll see all the ideas you saved.
- Drag your idea from “Idea” and drop it into “Drafting” to start working on it.
- As you make progress, drag the card across each stage until you reach “In Review.”
Step 4: Submitting for Approval âś…
Once your content is ready, it’s time for approval.
- Go to the Menu and select Approval & Scheduling.
- The board view will have stages like In Review, Approved, Scheduled, and Published.
- Move your content to “In Review” to notify your manager that it’s ready for approval.
- After approval, the manager will drag it to either Scheduled or Published.
Step 5: Tracking Deadlines and Progress đź“…
Stay on top of your work by monitoring key dates and project statuses.
- Check the Second Column to see:
- Upcoming Deadlines: Projects that are approaching their due dates.
- Missed Deadlines: Projects that have fallen behind schedule.
- In the Third Column, track:
- In Progress: Ongoing projects.
- Awaiting Approval: Content that’s ready for review.
